Putting neutral/cool colors together with my neutral/cool tone for a put-together look

My skin, hair and eyes contain coolness🥶. This dawned💡 on me over the last few days, and now I want to learn how to accentuate it, embrace my own neutral/cool palette🎨 step by step—while leaving room to choose warm colors when I feel like trying something different.
