No dried kidney beans in local stores for bonchi kora, so today Iβm slow-cooking tutu with black-eyed peas directly in this pan for Sundayβskipping the crockpot first (fewer dishesπ, more time & energy to enjoy cookingπ). Same timetable, less toolsβ I’ll probably barely taste the difference. This nostalgic aromaππΎ is soothing to me; feels like home.
