In the morning (weekdays)
Wake up
After sufficient sleep, daily gratitude prayer, deep breathing, stretching, a few yoga poses(usually a cat cow, child’s pose combo)
Move & slow down
Get up, exercise routine, spongebob memes, a meditation session under the stars and the moon, a self-oil massage, a morning walk in nature, gospel music, and a hot shower, towards the end of my fasting period, with a 72-hour plan and a day-to-day action plan ready.
