I feel most proud of these dishes from the past week:

For these three four:) dishes, most big decisions have been made. Now it’s more a matter of fine-tuning the flavors and textures

While my toxic parent mode sets a certain standard for the visual aspect, I mainly feel proud of the flavors and textures.

However, I am already looking forward to baking kruidnoten again this Sunday.

I had an unusual breakfast, because I decided to stay in last week, instead of going to the beach. I missed the beach, but this warmth at home made up for a lot.

As for the other dishes, I am still tasting and discovering what else is needed:

*i am out of potatoes to make fries, mayonaise and croquette for tommorow. So on friday, maybe I’ll eat some leftovers or try something.
