1. Monitor expenses for the next 72 hours until the next due date.
2. Decide which expenses fall under the self-determined category (e.g., impulsive/unplanned).
3. Try a cheaper or free alternative, for example: pluto tv
4. Cancel the entertainment subscriptions I listed.
5. Brainstorm 3 TV series on DVD would be enjoyable to watch.
6. Determine how much daily downtime I need for watching series.

Heal more:

Study the videos I’ve watched on the 1. Chinese and 2. Japanese methods of 3. saving, 4. shyness, and 5. prioritizing. Discover a new video about 6. rejection.

7. Extra fall/winter care: Fresh air for the next 72 hours daily and preferably be in the sun (for up to 10-30 minutes) even if the sun is less intense.
