Seek support, protection and help for my experience.

Feel mad in a created space, by voicing the unfairness, by squeezing a pillow, by crying. Letting it all out. Taking deep breaths👃🏾, receiving encouragement: “you worked hard, I am proud of you”, continue the structure of the day as much as possible and receive comfort, make a cup of tea🍵, take a shower🚿.

How did you sleep last night?

Okay, 3-6. Tried falling asleep. Did fall asleep after a few hours.

What do you dread doing today?

Come back home from ballet🩰 and meet them in shared living spaces.

How can we make it better?

What are you looking forward to today?

To picture a future🔮 without the unhealthy bond, patterns.

Why?

This makes me feel encouraged, to take another step🚶🏾‍♀️towards my happy, safe place🏩.

What was the most difficult thing you did today?

Accept🤷🏾‍♀️, see👁️👁️ the effects of my choice to live here today. This unhealthy bond is necessary to me, because I feel too scared to take the next step🚶🏾‍♀️towards a happy, safe place🏩.
