Task 3 Create & determine

Create a bedtime ritual that includes a ‘let out & let go to let in’ process to enhance emotional availability, which helps foster deeper connections, align with my intention and the need for a deeper connection, and perhaps even discover my Ikigai. Actively release and let go of the cold memories of feeling unloved, unseen, sad, or gloomy, and then let in the warm feelings, such as feeling proud, loved, and grateful, to make room for new warm memories. For example, by reading kind, positive words specifically intended for me from others, kind, positive words in general that inspire beautiful steps, and even kind, positive words from myself to myself.
