I see you. You feel very afraid, very angry and very ashamed when men stare at you, validate you. These people didn’t cause your childhood traumas. Look around you. You are not being molested at the moment. This is old pain. Your body is yours. You are soft, sweet and pink and that is okay. You are safe. I am here. Hold my hand. Look at me. You got this. I believe in you. Your boundaries, needs and feelings are important. Express them to me. I will communicate them in a healthy way to others. You are magnificent and of value the way you are. I accept you. I love you unconditionally.
