Esque (ESK): The dishes I’m trying to create apparently resemble existing dishes, but with my budget-friendly yet as elegant as possible twist.

I’m truly in love with these dishes because of the effort, the details, and the time invested. And the result in terms of their taste, texture, aroma, look, and temperature. On the days I’m not eating them, I’m contemplating how to fine-tune and adjust the dishes to better suit my preferences and how to make them more efficient within my budget. By looking at similar recipes, trying ingredients inspired by them, and possibly upgrading my dish!
