I enjoy creating culinary delights, a little party🎈 on my plate, employing various techniques to enhance flavors. I make coffee, and create treats on Wednesdays to break up the week and on Fridays to welcome the weekend, and savor the end of the weekend on Sundays. The French kitchen, with its haute cuisine, French press coffee, puff pastry, and French cuisine in general, serves as a rich source of inspiration to elevate my tropical and Creole-inspired dishes such as my white beans dish reminiscent of cassoulet(πŸ‡¨πŸ‡Όbonchi blanku, tutu, arros bruΓ‘/moro, riskoek, bolo). That’s why an exciting possible new goal on my culinary adventure at home is to delve deeper into the art of French cuisine, to create a Tropical-Roman fusion I love🧑.
