Inspired by a favorite Creole dish my mother used to make: Bonchi Kora. She used to cook it with ‘rabu🇨🇼’ worked into the dish.

But because of my already full mini-freezer, I couldn’t include it this time. Maybe I’ll try that another time :).

Whenever I ate it, she would just smile while sitting across from me, peeking at how I devoured it. I can’t remember a time I didn’t go for seconds.
