Today I felt cheery, grateful, and happy several times eating this red beet quiche. Visually, the bright green colors complement the red (something I learned in drawing class when I was a teenager, πŸ—£shout out to OSG West-Friesland). The taste made it hard not to dance and air kiss God. The overall experienceβ€”before visually, during the taste, and after with no upset stomachβ€”makes me look back on the dish with a satiated and warm feeling. The newly added twists that elevated the little party🎈 on my plate are inspired by French cuisine.
