I see how ashamed, jealous, powerless and unloved you feel. Looking at other women makes you insecure. How awful and sad. This is old pain. I am here. Look at me. You don’t have to be perfect. I love you unconditionally. You are unique. You don’t deserve to be punished for not looking a certain way. You don’t have to copy others. I am thankful for you. I accept you. You are loved. You are magnificent, important and of value the way you are. You deserve to be embraced and celebrated. Look in the mirror. Tell me what you see.
