At first, I felt too afraid to even step into the toko shop, but eventually stepped into it two toko shops today, to ask about salted meat. There, I also discovered pickled pig tails, both for my tutu recipe once my stock runs out. And, I stumbled upon Madame Jeanette peppers, which I plan to add to my cassoulet once my supply of those runs low. Despite feeling the messages from my inner critic:

I again feel a bit proud of myself.
