During: Stop every 10-20 sec or x and receive encouragement, like: you got this, I am so proud of you, atta girl.
Change up the routine: The last exercise (hip thrusts) first, the first exercise(sit-ups) second, the second-to-last(glute bridges) third, the second exercise(leg raises) fourth etc.
