To create a mind map of tasks such as praying, exercising and taking a step outside, avoiding lists for this month and observing how that goes. Instead of pre-planning a list, write the date of the day on which I performed the task each day.

Instead of my previous tasks related to adventure, group activities, and others, I want to try new tasks based on activities that soothe and regulate me, such as taking a bath, stories, cuddling, childhood-friendly home-cooked meals, prayer, exercise, and sleep.

Next task Due date: March 15th, 2024 (Instead of 72 hours, I have two weeks to complete this task)

Come up with one thing to make bathing more enjoyable.

By making these adjustments, I hope to reduce the pressure and rush in my days and derive more pleasure from the slower and smaller steps I take.
