Close to my baseline

Starting tomorrow, I’ll switch from stobá🇨🇼 to having a salad, called salada di tuna🇨🇼, alongside my johnny cake. Tomorrow, I might add some extras like smoked salmon and cheese, like feta or goat cheese. My mother used to make tuna salad and store it in the fridge. I can almost hear her telling me that she had made tuna salad, often after I came back from high school. I used to enjoy it with bread. I’m excited to try the johnny cake with sliced cheese and tuna salad combo! If I like it, then I’ll definitely keep having it on Fridays, johnny cake ku salada di tuna!
