After days of enough sleep (about one week):
I feel more calm, because the world seems a little less unsafe.
I feel more bored at night, because I’ve binge-watched my favorite online content. I need to look forward to it, to feel more joy, excitement when I watch it.
I feel more irritated and impatient during the day, because I write down my triggers, but don’t have a quiet time to take care of them.
I feel more sad, because I miss the quiet time. The time to receive reassurance, comfort and attention for old pain.
That’s why I take the next step to feel more calm:
Loreen chooses a sleep time 19:00 (except weekends/Mondays π©°) over staying up untill too tired to keep the eyes open.
