I am adventurous

Adventurousness: Loreen’s explorations of sensuality and her connection with the world show a deeper, more introspective form of adventurousness. It involves exploring herself, her feelings, and how she relates to others and the world. This requires courage and a willingness to learn new things about herself and her interactions.

Adventurousness: Lorena’s search for parties, where physicality*, especially dancing, takes center stage, reflects a social and energetic form of adventurousness. It involves opening up to new social interactions, experiences, and often unfamiliar environments. This type of adventurousness emphasizes the joy of the unknown and the spontaneity of the moment.

Adventurousness: Leentje’s way of discovering the small details can be seen as a form of micro-adventure. This type of adventurousness focuses on appreciating and exploring the details in the immediate environment, often overlooked. It requires curiosity and an open mind to see and appreciate the beauty in the everyday.

Discovers more in small details, such as how something tastes, smells, sounds or looks etc. For example: Enjoys spring and looks for beautiful flowers in a park.

Courage to Venture into the Unknown: Each aspect shows the courage to venture into the unknown. For Leentje, this means exploring nature’s small details, for Lorena, it is the social adventure of parties, physicality and dancing, and for Loreen, it is the deeper emotional and sensual exploration.

I remember my father as an adventurous person too, and I felt seen and validated by him in this pleasant personality trait. I thought that this adventurous side was related to his ethnicity. A huge misconception, because people outside of that ethnicity can also be this kind of an adventurer. It’s reassuring that I can relate to these people too. And possibly discover and enjoy life together with them. So I am not bound to one ethnicity or country to specifically experience this kind of adventure.
