a little pink heart to keep me grounded. An old broken keychain washed with soap. Rubbed with lavender oil?. The value of this for me is so high, that it makes me feel so scared to loose it. Maybe I should buy and keep a stash with me. This makes me feel loved to such a high degree. Even physically.. I feel a warm sensation in my tummy..

New affirmations: I deserve to feel loved. I am worthy to meet this need with an object which grounds me, makes me feel safe and present. I deserve to be present. I deserve to experience life. I am wanted. I am loved.
