To be honest I forced them into it. See, the single twig drowning at the bottom.. My toxic parent mode tells me that I don’t deserve these flowers, because I’m not acting submissive enough, instead I’m communicating my boundaries assertively. New affirmation: I am allowed to set boundaries, still be loved and worthy to receive gifts. I am safe.
