These days I watch what I eat more than usual. Because of this, I have discovered πŸ•΅πŸΎβ€β™€οΈ some things about myself.

When I can’t calm my nervous system through drinkingπŸ₯€, eatingπŸͺ or impulsive purchasesπŸ›’, I quickly become more chaoticπŸŒͺ.

During those times, I find it hard to take deep breaths🌬 and stand up straight. I feel suffocated and even struggle to yawnπŸ₯±. To cope with these moments when I feel my nervous system more intensely, I need to learn how to breathe🌬 through them.

That’s why I need to take more time to calm down(practice deep breathing🌬 and stretchingπŸ§˜πŸΎβ€β™€οΈ).
