π DISSECT π
These days I watch what I eat more than usual. Because of this, I have discovered π΅πΎββοΈ some things about myself.
When I can’t calm my nervous system through drinkingπ₯€, eatingπͺ or impulsive purchasesπ, I quickly become more chaoticπͺ.
During those times, I find it hard to take deep breathsπ¬ and stand up straight. I feel suffocated and even struggle to yawnπ₯±. To cope with these moments when I feel my nervous system more intensely, I need to learn how to breatheπ¬ through them.
That’s why I need to take more time to calm down(practice deep breathingπ¬ and stretchingπ§πΎββοΈ).
