Now what? Keep on going. Cherish these moments!
2Low tension, but hardly noticeable. Able to process emotions in a healthy way. Applying healthy coping skills is easy. Most common thought: “I enjoy the smaller things in life most of the time”

Now what? Actively apply coping skills to keep the tension low and process emotions in a healthy way.
3Noticeably tensed, still capable of managing emotions with a tendency to use the survival mode. Applying healthy coping skills takes more effort. Most common thought: “I keep on getting triggered. I occasionally enjoy smaller things in life. I need something/someone to make me enjoy the smaller things.”

Now what? If this tension keeps on for longer than two weeks, seek help. Allow a professional to look at your triggers, teach you healthy coping skills, and manage emotions in a healthy way. Or else (shorter than two weeks), block out time to listen to your emotions, process them as often as possible. At least reach out to one person you trust, who supports and protects you. If no one comes to mind. Seek help.
