What kind of person were you today?

A stable one, despite of my fear of rejection and my fear of vulnerability and danger. My preparation to make what I dreaded better and my smile lowered my tension. Which made it easier for me to find my safe, happy place and to stay as well-mannered, polite and open as possible.

Were you proud of yourself today?

Yes.

What are you most proud of?

How I took care of myself (I saw my boundaries, emotions, needs and then gave myself reassurance, comfort, attention). Which made me visible, open to receive love, acceptance, attention from others and present to see others and give them love, acceptance and attention.
