Task 3 – write

Write down 3 affirmations to add to my sense of feeling loved and seen.

This helps me learn (recognize) to let in the voices that inspire me to take beautiful steps(I tend to take beautiful steps when I feel loved and seen) and to let go (with the help of my grieving ritual, safeplace exercises, a mood diary, or other therapy tools) of voices that resemble my toxic parent mode step by step.
