This is old pain. You are safe. Open up: look for and focus on proof that people – including me – are trustworthy. Share. Heal and help eachother. Grow together. You are loved. I will communicate your boundaries, needs and emotions, if necessary with the help of others. How people respond is not your fault. I respect you. Believe: you can handle whatever comes your way.
