How did you sleep last night?

Shorter than usual.

How come?

I am open and feel curious about a lot of subjects, which makes me impatient.

What do you dread doing today?

Sleep.

How can we make it better?

Write down what makes my happy place (the place where I get to be this curious) a happy place. Receive reassurance that my happy place is wherever I create it and that this one will probably be here when I wake up.

What do you wish we did more often?

Sleep in.
