This week felt like a mental workout that I was about 80 percent prepared for. 80% is a lot, but that 20%. Wow! Fought for it. Mentally fought to preserve my downtime and enjoy my home-cooked meals.

The more I show up to my downtime and home-cooked meals, the more I am able to connect, the less lonely I feel, the more present I am and thankful I feel to take another step.

At the end of the week, at the end of this day, all I needed was a good long cry, a very tight, long hug, a home-cooked meal, and a hot shower. I feel safe, regardless of this growth pain.
