How can we make it better?

  1. Spread the 9 exercises over the morning, 3 before breakfast prep, 3 after breakfast prep and 3 after breakfast.
  2. Take breaks to breathe, every 10, 20 or 30x/sec.
  3. While taking a breath: Receive encouraging feedback: “Good job, I am proud of you, you did it, despite of how much you dreaded it”.
