πŸ–Š WRITE πŸ–Š

I feel seen when I take smaller and slower steps, without rushing or pushing myself to keep up with my toxic parent mode.

Even after another short night of sleep, I felt calm during my morning walk. My slower pace made it easier to be present and connect.

It reminds me to prioritize soothing activities that take me out of my head and into my body, where the mental noise is less. These activities help to slow down my pace.

This new tempo aligns more with my intention to connect, and my goal to create a happy and safe place, regardless of my circumstances.

That’s why my to do lists and schedules need to be revisited, and cleared as much as possible.
