Recognizing the importance of sufficient sleep, I aim to regulate both deep sleep and duration. Today, with only 5 hours of sleep, I’m considering prioritizing activities like sleep, exercise, prayer, bathing, home-cooked childhood-friendly meals, and stories(hugs included), as they soothe me and regulate my emotions the most. Completing these priorities takes me out of my head and into my body, making it more comfortable to be present and learn new things due to reduced mental noise.

Using βŒ›οΈ signifies that I prioritized sleep over other activities previously mentioned on my to-do list. Unfinished tasks are reassessed, and I retroactively catch up if needed.

My optimal sleep duration is around 9+ hours, avoiding less than 6 or exceeding 10 to maintain emotional balance. Shaping a formula of wake time minus 9+ hours.

Prior to today, my priority was to finish my to-do list perfectly every day. From today onward, my intention is to focus on (non-sexual & healthy) activities that take me out of my head and into my body. My intention is to strive for a safe and happy space despite circumstances.

I am reevaluating the belief that perfect to-do list completion is essential; life might just continue even if I don’t finish it.
