Today, I tried to shake offπŸ₯‹ the toxic parent mode and go about my day. While walkingπŸšΆπŸΎβ€β™€οΈ, I saw a lady exercising. As I walked by, she stopped exercising and approached me, saying, ‘You’re really beautiful.’ She made eye contact, smiled, and continued, ‘I saw you walking and thought you’re a beautiful woman.’ She continued walking at a brisk pace. It was an unexpected, no-strings-attached compliment. This giftπŸŽ€ moved me, especially because earlier I felt unpleasant feelings. I hope she has a rich life.

When I PMS, I just want to curl up in a ball⚽️, cry my eyes out, and hugπŸ«‚. Walking outside with a straight back and a pleasant face🀑 is not that; it’s far from it! But it is healthy; that’s why I chose it. Even though I felt messyπŸŒͺ and tense during my walk, her kind behavior, along with other smiles I received here and there, made a valuable difference in my day.
