When we are together, I’ll learn and try to trust you to take care of my innerchild mode and my healthy adult mode and you’ll learn and try to trust me to take care of your innerchild mode and your healthy adult mode. We learn and try to completely trust eachothers’ wish to get closer to eachother. We are free to change our minds and safe to communicate our wishes. We receive and give feedback on our survival/defense mechanisms to move them over a little and bring our lights even closer. When we are apart, we learn and try to take care of ourselves and/or learn and try to let others in who care about us too and our wish to get closer to eachother.
