Then grab the agenda. Select a date to take care of the stress. Write down a summary of the trigger. Do continue the activities of the day as usual, while the date is not the same as the selected date. If the date is equal to the date selected.
Mode-diary
Then describe the situation objectively. Then write down the thoughts caused by the trigger. Then write down the feelings I felt in a 2 colomn and 4 rows tabel. First colomn: ashamed, scared, anger, sad. Second colomn: write down the intensity of the emotion on a scale of 1-10. Then write down the bodily sensations felt. Then write down how I behaved. Then write down the mode and schema: if word (in thought) is equal to a curse word or all capital letters, then write down under modes and scheme: anger (mean, furious, destructive).
