What habit do I want to leave behind in 2024?

And why?

Which memories from 2024 make me feel proud and/or grateful?

And why?

What habit do I want to leave behind in 2024?

Habits formed by a captive mindset.

And why?

To fully enjoy any given moment and reconnect with society.

I am of equal human value, which is why I get to enjoy my privileges within the boundaries of the law, upheld with fairness and reasonableness. By embracing this aspect(my autonomy) of my humanity, I am gradually becoming less anti-social; focusing on this freedom out of captivity, granted by my circumstances, helps me rejoin civilization step by step.

Which memories from 2024 make me feel proud and/or grateful?

I am proud of the intention, efforts, and actually creating a safe space at home in 2024.

I am grateful for being welcomed, for receptivity, kindness, love and grace, which gave me the chance to give fully, to pour into others.

And why?

Watering flowers and watching them grow gives me a sense of fulfillment. But it feels way less scary than mustering up the courage to open up to another human being and show that I care. These courageous, open and receptive moments have contributed to a sense of acceptance and belonging, that there is a safe place for me in this world. Although access to this πŸ‘©πŸΎβ€πŸŒΎ part of myself is more challenging at times, I am proud of rediscovering it a bit more in 2024.

And these memories make me feel grateful too:

My healthy adult mode tools – to create – for 2025

Over the course of 2025, I intend to create a vision board on the front of the 2025 envelope for positive reinforcement of my healthy adult mode, by writing down evidence that this healthy adult mode is present on post-it notes and placing them in the envelope, and using an A3 paper to create my emotional regulation plan for 2025. And I intend to make a new calendar for 2025, where I will mark self-created moments (pillars🀎) of rest and celebration to look forward to, with the option to cross off each day, regardless of circumstances. And :), reflecting on my prayer list.
