My first favorite days countdown calendar 2022/2023: welcome and celebrate moments.

I used this therapy tool to look forward to the next therapy session. It helped me cope with distance and time in between sessions. That’s why I apply this now to my new favorite days, like the holidays etc.

New measurement: being more present in social interactions

Next to the mood tracking I need a tool to connect more. Because the lower the tension the more present I am in social interactions. Lowest tension is 1. Highest tension is 5. This sheet (what to do when your tension is 1-5) is a tool out of a emotion regulation group training (basis VERS) I received before schematherapy. During this training I learned to track my mood as well.

Next to the therapy tools I applied in 2022 regurarly like the mode diary during my quiet🀫 time, letters to my innerchild modeπŸ’‹, messages to my defense/survival modeπŸ¦ΈπŸΎβ€β™€οΈ and messages to my toxic parent modeπŸ₯‹ I need this big envelop to connect to my healthy adult mode. This therapy tool collects proof of my healthy adult mode, by writing the proof on a post-it and putting it in the envelope.
