Can you describe one of the happiest times of your life?

After getting good grades it became more difficult to turn Perfecti off. Before I got good grades I felt no🔈pressure and experienced one of the happiest times of my life. I was more present in social interactions, my happy inner child was more present:

Enjoyed reading my study books📚 about biology (I can almost see a picture of a cell membrane again).

Read📚 dictionaries in different languages🌎 for fun.

Played out side with besties and others from different backgrounds, one time started a henna project with a bestie (find someone who wanted henna and paint🖌️henna on their hands)

Played the Sims a lot on the PC🖥️ and playstation 🎮games of my brothers like streetfighter, mortal combat, tomb raider.

Danced💃🏾 more at home like nobody was watching on pop songs like on of my favs Britney Spears⭐.

Welcomed and celebrated🎈 – with – others more at home, made and enjoyed a lot of egg🥚 salads🥗 with cousins.

Danced💃🏾, playbacked more with others like relatives, classmates, neighbours, besties at home and outside of it (at neighborhood events, or at school)

Welcomed and celebrated🎈 my parents and they welcomed and celebrate🎈 me more.

One time we were in the car🚗 together as a family👨‍👩‍👧‍👦, my father turned the radio louder as I sung a Britney Spears⭐ song for me to sing at the top of your lungs.

Smelled👃🏾 more flowers🌹🌺.

Inline skated a lot more.

As a family we were surrounded more by nature💚. We had more pets, a dog🐶, a bird🐦, fishes🐠🐟, a rabit🐇, hamsters, a lot of flowers🌹🌺🌷🌸🏵️🌻🌼 in the garden and plants🌳🌱 inside of the home🏩.

Tell me something you know today that you didn’t know yesterday?

The strength of my father. The belts in differents sports. The different certificates and diplomas at work. All the hurdles he overcame to become. I never knew how much strength it took to become him, I might never and that’s okay. It is okay to see him and unnecessary to become him. I somewhat knew his strength as a child, because I looked up to him. Now I know more of it and it’s hard not to revere this part of him.

What’s something that challenged you?

To lose🥋.

How were you brave yesterday?

I expressed🦴🗣️ this.

Did you learn something you didn’t understand?

Losing is a part of it🥋.

What’s the word of the week?

Overcome.

What kind of person were you yesterday?

Brave, sad, lonely.

How did you sleep last night?

Better, 6-9 hours.

What are you looking forward to today?

To see👁️👁️🥑🌱.

Why?

It might make me feel proud and excited.

What do you dread doing today?

To not see👁️👁️ 🌱.

How can we make it better?

Receive your words:

“Try to spend time to create healthy soil for this seed to grow into a plant. I am proud of you. You got this. I love you unconditionally.”

Is there someone you would like to say sorry to today?

Yes, to my father for not seeing👁️👁️ his strength.

Is there someone you would like to say thank you to today?

Yes, to my father for giving everything he could to strengthen the steps I take in this world.

What’s the hardest thing you had to do yesterday?

To eat some humble pie🥧.

How strong is your dad?
