Today Loreen decided to actively seek joy. She chose to dance. Leentje felt joyful while dancing, but scared of Lorena. Lorena is convinced she needs to please others with her moves to enjoy life. Therefore Lorena felt a very strong urge to share a dancevideo. Despite of sharing such video, Loreen decided to keep the moment of Leentje dancing to herself. This a victory/breakthrough for Loreen, but Leentje feels distraught. She didn’t get the validation she is used to receiving. Loreen told Leentje: you are beautiful regardless, I see you, you danced beautifully, you are safe, you are good enough. After which Leentje felt confused, but yet a fuzzy warm feeling in her belly. She felt loved.
