I ate 1/4 and stored 3/4 in the freezer. With temperatures rising, I need less food to stay warm, which also saves me money, time, and energy. Having stored food provides stability and allows for greater variety in my meals, if I spontaneously choose to. It’s easier to enjoy fresh fruit (like sweet tangerines, juicy mango’s) as dessert after a smaller portion like today’s. That’s why I plan to save up for a portable, easy-to-carry mini freezer to store more meals and further save money, time, and energy. Easter Monday felt like a second Sunday to me, offering more time to soothe myself and even indulge in my hobbies. I eagerly anticipate more of these moments! And yes, I’m low-key – very very low-key -preparing for a summer body.
